History of purchases:
Update 1/26/10 - I purchased another doe, Megan's Mini's Blue Diamond today.  She is a beautiful buckskin and white doe with blue eyes and she is polled.  I intend to breed her to my buck Sunny when I bring her home, so will have more babies in July.

Update 3/6/10 - I purchased another registered doe today, as well as her twin blue-eyed bucklings that were born in January.  I will be retaining one of the bucklings, as they are no relation to any of my other does.  The other is listed for sale.

Update 3/30/10 - I hadn't been intending to purchase any more goats, until I saw what I was going to get for babies out of Diamond and Delight, and did some selling or trading.  But, a doe came up available that I knew had outstanding bloodlines through her sire's side, and I couldn't say no, so SLR Minis Abba's Malibu came to live with us on the 27th.  Her best friend SLR Minis JD Impala, who also has great milking genetics, was for sale as well, and both girls were sad, so I brought Impala home today.  However, Daisy will be leaving for a new home on Saturday, and Lily will go in May when her baby is weaned, so that will help my numbers a little, and get my herd to registered animals only.

Update 7/12/10 - I've been looking into possibly buying another polled doe recently, but have been hesitant due to not wanting to drive 4 hours each way to get her.  Then I came across an ad for a polled doe in my area at an astoundingly low price.  There's nothing at all wrong with her, the person just wanted to make a sale.  So, I have added Tahoma Magic Moment to my herd.  She is related to Diamond on her sire's side, and Sunny on her dam's side, which I would have preferred not to have her that close, but I couldn't pass up the deal.

Update 7/20/10 - I will be bringing home 2 more does in the next couple months.  I will be getting both from a friend in trade for babies next spring when she is moved into her new house.  Both will be bred by her buck, Walla2Meadows Otto, later this fall, he is pictured on my reference page.  Selle Valley HNK Serenity is a 4 yr old, and Impala's mother.  Country Island Summer Paradise was born this spring.  I will put up pictures once I bring them home.

Update 9/10/10 - After much wrestling with the idea, I have placed a reservation on Pholia Farm HH Chai.  She will remain at Diji Farm until November so she can be bred to their buck Poppy Patch RC Cary Grant.  I'm really excited about getting this doe, she has an amazing pedigree, and the breeding to Cary Grant should produce some outstanding kids, with great milking potential.  Right now I'm hoping they produce at least 1 doe and 1 buck for me to keep.  Pictures will be up once I receive permission from Diji Farm.

Update 11/4/10 - Walla2Meadows Otto will be remaining with me.  The friend who owned him didn't have room in her herd for him any longer, and wanted to know the type of home he would be in.  However, I am planning to sell Moony after this breeding season, so even if I am able to retain a buck from Chai I won't be overloaded on bucks.

Update 6/17/11 - Sheesh, I need to stop looking at sale pages!  My friend Sarah from Rebel Acres and I purchased Celtic Stars Tinker Bell.  She is a Tiger I daughter, and bred to a buck who is one leg away from becoming a permanent champion.  I'm so excited to add these lines to my herd.  The current plan is for Sarah to get at least 2 babies (depending on how many she has) and I will keep Tinker Bell and additional babies if she has more than 2.

Update 9/1/11 - I discovered Poppy Patch had a buck with really excellent lines for sale at a price I could actually afford, so have purchased Poppy Patch SM Huckleberry.  He should do some amazing things for udders, and I am so excited to be adding him to the herd that I was even willing to sell a doeling I had zero intention of selling in order to obtain him.

Update 9/29/11 -Sigh.  I bought a doe from New Mexico. NEW MEXICO!  I tried so hard to resist the urge, but she has great lines, and is coming bred to a buck with an amazing pedigree. "The Buffalo" is a stupid name, but I'll cope.

Update 1/25/12 - Another doe from NM.  Velvet Acres Chittys Chiclet will be arriving in a few days.  Along with 5 does for mom.  At least 5 are bred, the 6th may or may not be, depends on if she goes into heat before leaving.

Update 3/9/12 - Mom traded a baby to Sarah for Lopperized Maggie Mae

Update 3/18/12 - RJ and Ashley went in with mom to get a couple of junior does that came up from NM in the last load.  So, now we have White Cloud and Tauri

Update 5/15/12 - Sarah sold the majority of her herd. So I got Courageous, Cassi, and Midnight.  Mom got Boots and Pretty Woman.  Unfortunately, Courageous was in poor condition, and we lost him not long after.

Update 7/5/12 - Mom traded a doeling to Pippin Hill Nigerians for Pippin Hill MB Sapphire

Update 9/12/12 - Sarah got more goats, but has now decided to sell out completely.  I've already gotten the majority of the ones from her I wanted, but Mom wanted Pippin Hill T Uptown Girl.  She didn't quite have all the money needed, so we split the cost, and I will get a daughter from her.

Update 12/18/12 - When I saw Sugar Pine MB Myst available for sale, Mom and I had to do everything we could to bring her home.  With her proven ability to milk, and the breeding to Monet, well, it was an offer we couldn't refuse.

Update 2/15/13 - Well, when I went to talk to Nicole Loper about LA, and found out she was getting rid of Camanna FD Tim's Blue Rascal for free, how could I say no to bringing him home.  He's vastly overweight, so went on an immediate diet.  We're hoping he'll be up for breeding this fall.

Update 2/27/13 - Mom traded a buckling for KW Farms RS Truffle

Update July 2013 - Traded a baby for 5 fold farm rockette

Update 9/21/13 - Bought TX Twin Creeks SEM Indian Summer

Update 11/11/13 - Traded Midnight for Proctor Hill Hooligan

Update 2/4/14 - Kari and Roy had Firefly and a couple other does here for breeding.  Mom fell in love with Firefly, so she is staying here, and Kari and Roy will get a kid from her.
